Q.: What is co-registration.net?
A.: Co-registration.net is a is a "pay per lead" or "pay per subscriber" service that rapidly builds opt-in email lists for our paid advertisers, at reasonable cost.

Q.: What's the difference in buying subscribers at Co-registration.net than buying leads at a "regular" leads services?
A.: We won't send you "cold" leads. All subscribers sent to you have asked to receive further info by reading through your ad and leaving the "checkbox button on". Lists forwarded to you on a daily base  are fresh opt-in email lists, built for each advertiser from scratch unlike junk spam lists that are sold over and over again.

Q.: Are subscribers being paid to subscribe or receive other incentives?
A.: No, they are not paid nor are they offered any kind of incentives.

Q.: Are subscribers gained from contests?
A.: No. Subscribers are primarily subscribing from the Mail To A Friend Network. Webmasters all around the world have added a piece of HTML to their websites allowing us to display your ad.

Q.: Will I be getting accussed of spamming when contacting my leads?
A.: All subscribers sent to you have asked to receive information from you. However, as we are dealing with human beings it may occassionally happen someone forgetting having subscribed to your list. That's why we recommend always adding the users IP to your e-mail when contacting them. In addition NEVER forget adding an unsuscribe link to every e-mail sent! If you are using an online autorsponder service such as RapidReply.Net an unsubscribe link is added to every mail automatically.

Q.: May I add my url or e-mail address to my ad?
A.: No. We collect subscribers and forward them to you. You may enter your url or e-mail when contacting your leads.

Q.: How many characters may I use in my ad?
A.: You may not use more than 300 characters.

Q.: How fast can you build my list?
A.: We have the ability to collect 1000s of e-mails per day. The speed of delivery depends on your ad or offer.  We will deliver the minimum subscribers you order per month plus some extra as well.

Q.: In what format will e-mails be forwarded to me?
A.: Leads will be forwarded to you on a regular basis in the format:

Firstname + Lastname + E-mail + IP + Timestamp

Q.: How to contact my leads?
A.: When contacting your leads for the first time and to stay in touch with them, we highly recommend using an online autoresponder service with the option of uploading your leads. Our favourite service is RapidReply.Net. If you prefer using a software to be installed on your computer, our favourite choice is included in a great software package available at MyResaleRights.
Although all subscribers sent to you have asked for more info, you should always be aware that we are dealing with human beings. It may occassionaly happen someone simply forgetting about having asked for further info. To prevent complaints we highly recommend adding the following info (or something similar) to your welcome e-mail:

"On [Timestamp], you asked for further info on [what your list / ad is about]. Your name: [Firstname], [Lastname]. You subscribed from [IP]. To be removed [enter remove instructions here]."

Q.: What sites will you build lists for?
A.: We can build lists for any program: ezines, affiliateprograms, MLM, private mailing lists. The only restrictions are: we do not build lists for known spammers, spamming services, Adult sites, or lists with offensive or controversial  subject areas.

Q.: I am a member of Concorde, SFI, Kiss, DHS, Freestoreclub, may I use your service?
A.: YES! Just create an ad (400 characters / NO url or E-mail mus tbe included) about your opportunity. place your order. We will get your ad online. Within some days you will have a nice list of prequalified leads whom you can send details of your business opportunity to. Of course we can make NO guarantee on how many will join your opportunity. Subscribers will be forwarded to you as they are gathered.

Q.: The Service I wish to promote is NOT free to join. Does this matter?
A.: Of course Not. We'll help you to build your mailing list. It's up to you making subscribers join your opportunities.

Q.: My ad with you was promoting a special business opportunity (SFI, Concorde....) May I send my leads info about ANOTHER business opportunity?
A.: This is YOUR list! To avoid spam complaints you must refer to your ad when contacting your leads for the first time. After that you can send them whatever offers you like.

Q.: May I resell my leads?
A.: NO! This is against our terms.

Q.: Are subscribers single or double optin?
A.: We can send single OR double optin subscribers, your choice.

Q.: Is country targeting an option?
A.: Yes.

Q.: Are subscriber "opt-in" or "opt-out"?
A.: Our subscribers are opt-in subscribers gained by "opt-out" check boxes. Meaning subscribe boxes are pre-checked.  Double opt-in subscribers receive and respond to an email sent to them to which confirms their desire to opt-in.

Q.: Will you replace "bad" leads"?
A.:  Not only have we programmed sophisticated filtering features into Co-registration.net to maintain list quality and reduce duplicate addresses to less than 1%, but we also automatically add a "fudge factor" of 2% extra subscribers to each order at no extra charge. (In other words, unlike many competing services, you never have to pay for invalid email addresses). Due to this fact we in most cases do not replace "bad" leads. However if you feel despite of the facts above you have received too many bad e-mails, contact us!

Q.: I ordered 500 leads and received all of them within a few days. Is there a way of getting only a certain amount forwarded to me per day?
A.: Sorry, this is not possible at this time.

Q.: Do you build site traffic?
A.: No. Co-registration.net builds custom lists of targeted, pre-qualified email leads or subscribers from scratch. Since you own the list you can use it repeatedly to build site traffic, but the purpose of Co-registration.net is not to build site traffic directly.  We recommend TrafficCyclone.com or TrafficToYou.com for your web traffic needs.

Q.: How often may I contact my leads?
A.: These are YOUR subscribers. You may contact them as often as you like. However, we do not recommend flooding them with tons of e-mails every day. This is considered spamming and is not only unethical, but may also cause problems and people unsubscribing from your list.

Q.: Do you make a guarantee on how long subscribers will stay on my list?
A.: NO! This is your list and it depends very much on what kind of offers you send to your list.

Q.: What's your refund policy?
A.: No refunds can be given once your order has been processed.
